Digital Products (Ebooks)

Due to the nature of digital products, ebooks are generally non-refundable once the download link has been sent. However, we understand that issues may occur, and we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues preventing download or access
  • Incorrect product received
  • Duplicate purchases due to system errors

Refund requests for ebooks must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Physical Products

Physical books may be returned for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Books must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide a reason for the refund request
  3. For physical products, wait for return instructions
  4. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Ebooks that have been downloaded and accessed
  • Physical books that have been damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the specified time period
